We engage ourselves to do our very best to deliver freshest plants possible. As nearly all of our products are perishables, all sales are final. Our main mission is to offer our customers satisfaction. Please inspect your Gardnbox when delivered and if for any reason it arrived damages, email us a photo to info@gardnbox.com along with the name on the order within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to replace the order or issue a store credit.
